Below, you will find copies of all group communications (including copies of emails), forms and links. Materials are posted oldest on the bottom - newest at the top. If items are edited/changed - they have a (revised date).
REMEMBER: Directors must be current members of CBA. We suggest that you have your membership updated by September 1 each year, as we email director information ONLY to current CBA members. Only directors with memberships completed by November 15 will be able to upload student auditions for the 2025 All-State Band.

Student Participant Letter - You should print one of these for EVERY Student you had selected as a member of the All-State Band
Student Alternate Letter - You should print one of these for EVERY student you had selected as an alternate of the All-State Band
Student Registration Form - You should print one of these - fill out all the common information (including getting an administrator signature) then copy one for each MEMBER (alternates won't need one unless called up). Students will need to then get parents to complete their part - you will collect and upload these in February.

Trombone audition tempo for excerpt 2 changed to mm=108; Mallet audition announced that it can be performed with 2 mallets and the three and four note chord performed arpeggiated; Tim Feerst (Percussion instructor at UNC) announced he will be doing a Percussion All-State Band Preparation clinic at Denver Percussion on September 4th at 6:30pm (https://www.denverpercussion.com/module/class/560981/dr-tim-feerst--colorado-all-state-clinic)
Website was updated to include Richard Strauch from Whitworth University as the 2025 Concert Band Guest Director and Shanti Simon (University of Oklahoma) and Christopher Cicconi (Towson University) as the 2026 Guest Directors (May 20, 2024)
Dr. Allan McMurray was announced as the guest conductor for the 2025 All-State Symphonic Band, and audition set 3A was announced at the 2024 All-State Review Meeting (April 6, 2024)
