Below, you will find copies of all group communications (including copies of emails), forms and links. Materials are posted oldest on the bottom - newest at the top. If items are edited/changed - they have a (revised date).
REMEMBER: Directors must be current members of CBA. We suggest that you have your membership updated by September 1 each year, as we email director information ONLY to current CBA members. Only directors with CBA memberships completed by November 15 will be able to upload student auditions for the 2027 All-State Band.

This is where you will drop your completed registration forms and student re-auditions/preparation checks. You must sign in with the email account you used on the auditionhub platform. You will be able to access only your school folder (for student privacy) and have complete access to add, edit or delete within your school folder. All-State Band Audition Platform
- We use AuditionHub, which is also used for All-State Jazz and All-State Orchestra. Once you complete the director setup for one ensemble, it can apply to all three.
- Directors must register their students. You may create a link to share with parents for student registration, but due to student privacy regulations, students cannot complete their own registrations.
- Support materials are available in the Resources menu of AuditionHub, and you may contact Casey or Scott with any questions.
- Please ensure your CBA membership is current for this school year before beginning the registration process. Membership must be valid for students to audition for All-State Band.
PAST COMMUNICATIONS/INFORMATION:
- April 28, 2026 - An error in the printed Saxophone 2 Excerpt was brought to our attention. We have indicated on the Audition page that students can play the note as written, or as corrected and their score will not be impacted.
